The Lamplit Path
For pastors & leaders
Theologically literate, allergic to hype. We wrote this for you.
A twelve week small group programme

A formation programme, not a personality test bolted onto a church night.

Your congregation takes the reading individually, then works through twelve sessions together. You get a leader's view of how the group is composed, and a shared vocabulary that outlasts the term.

01

Theologically careful

Romans 7, not Jung. Sanctification, not actualisation. The framework names temperament and points every type toward Christ.

02

Built to travel

Reformed, Pentecostal, Evangelical, Anglican, or Catholic, the same twelve week study runs without forcing agreement on second order theology.

03

A leader's view

See your group's type spread, the orientations it leans toward, and the voices it is missing. Consent respecting by default.

How it works
From licence to closing session.
1

License the programme

One licence covers your church, priced by size. You receive the Leader's Guide, the workbook, and access to the group tools.

2

Members take the reading

Each person takes the fifty question assessment on their own and receives their type and a written reading.

3

Form the cohort

Invite members with a code. As readings complete, the group composition view fills in, names withheld until a member opts in.

4

Work through twelve sessions

Each session pairs a type with its two figures, a teaching, a scripture, discussion questions, and a closing practice.
